My truck was stolen so I called The Body Shop when the police found my truck. The man on the phone said “Tell the tow truck company to bring it here, we’ll take care of it.” They called me when it arrived and asked me to call my insurance company and let them know to come on down. Gary (the owner) worked directly with the adjuster to make sure my vehicle problems were all identified and all my ‘after market’ additions eother damaged or partially missing were covered, and listed in the claim. Gary actually called himself to provide updates and ask where running boards, etc. were purchased so he could get exact replacements. How often does an owner contact their customer directly ? Once completed, my wife and I were presented a freshly cleaned truck inside and out. Gary even insisted on reviewing all of the work done with us and assuring us if there were any problems we could contact him directly. He even identified a bent rear shock, cause during the theft that I would have never noticed !
The Body Shop Definitely looks out for their customers when it comes to insurance claims. I hope to never need them again but am confident to recommend pristine, honest service to anyone who asks, and I won’t hesitate to call on them if I need any mechanical or bodywork done.
